Heather Hall is a litigation lawyer with a broad range of experience in civil litigation. Heather regularly acts for plaintiffs in personal injury matters (such as motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls), as well as professional negligence cases. Heather also has extensive experience in employment matters, both from the employer and employee perspective, as well as estate and commercial litigation experience. Clients need guidance and support through what is often a very stressful process, and Heather’s client-centered and practical approach leads to great results.
Heather has advocated for clients in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, Assessment Review Board and various professional disciplinary bodies. Heather also has experience with mediation and arbitration, and readily engages these alternative methods of dispute resolution when appropriate.
Originally from Newfoundland, Heather spent time in St. Pierre et Miquelon where she completed a French Exchange Program at L’Institute Frecker during her undergraduate program. Heather moved to Ontario in 2002 and articled with a litigation boutique in Ottawa. Heather was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and joined Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon LLP as an associate.
