Sharon Binning

Sharon Binning is sensitive and caring with clients in all areas of Family Law. Child custody, support, separation and divorce are areas where Sharon has genuine experience to mitigate the anxieties associated with the breakdown in the family unit.

Sharon has extensive experience negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients and is a trained Collaborative Family Lawyer. If settlement is not possible Sharon is equally experienced at litigating matters in court.

Sharon is committed to resolving matters for her clients in a cost efficient manner. Sharon articled at Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon LLP and joined the firm as an associate in 2000, upon her call to the Bar.

Sharon is a board member of the United Volunteer Association and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Canadian Bar Association, and The Brant-Haldimand Collaborative Family Law Practice Group. Sharon received an LL.B from the University of Birmingham (U.K.) in 1996 and obtained an LL.B Accreditation at the University of Toronto in 1998.
