Pat Corless

Pat Corless began his studies at the University of Western Ontario studying economics. He obtained his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1974 graduating on the Dean's Honour List. Pat joined Waterous Holden Amey Hitchon LLP as an associate in 1976 and became a partner in 1982.

Pat has been actively involved in various community activities including board and executive positions with the Boy Scouts of Canada District Council, Participation House Brantford and the Brantford General Hospital.

Pat has many years of experience assisting many of our business clients with various aspects of corporate commercial law including incorporations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, construction liens, intellectual property and other business related agreements and transactions. Pat also assists clients with commercial and residential real estate and wills and estates.

Pat brings a wealth of experience and practicality to his practice to assist in achieving the best outcome for his clients.
