Kevin Davis

Kevin Davis has practiced with our firm for over twenty-seven years as a civil litigation lawyer.

His practice includes employment law, family law, and personal injury claims. His speciality is representing seriously injured clients. In his area of speciality Kevin has handled hundreds of claims arising out of motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls and disability claims.

Kevin prides himself on having a client-centered approach to the practice of law. He understands the importance to his clients of having a lawyer who will listen to them, guide them through the legal process and bring their matter to a successful and meaningful resolution.

Believing one of the strengths of the legal profession is its history of public service, Kevin has an extensive record of community involvement including serving as a Brantford City Councillor, President of the Brantford Chamber of Commerce and Brantford Boys and Girls Club, Chairman of the Branford Economic Development Board and John Noble Home for the Aged, President of the Brantford Aquatic Club and Director of the Brantford YM-YWCA Housing Corporation. He was also a founding member of the Brantford Collaborative Law Group.

Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree(Honours) from the University of Calgary in 1976 and his law degree from Queen's University in 1979.
