Clark Holden

Clark specializes in Corporate-Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Wills and Estate Planning. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, financing transactions and leases relating to commercial and industrial real estate. Clark also applies his experience in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law, from land development through financing to sales and purchases. This includes refinancing and private mortgages.

Clark has been very active in community affairs throughout his professional life. He joined the Brantford Junior Chamber of Commerce shortly after returning to Brantford after being called to the Bar of Ontario. He eventually became Executive-Vice President for Operations of Junior Chamber International and in that capacity traveled around the world representing J.C.I., principally in Europe and Latin America. Locally he has served on many boards and committees including the Board of Governors of the Brantford General Hospital (20 years) where he spent many years as a member of the Executive Committee and served as Chairman of the Board. He also was a member of the Brantford Airport Commission and the Brantford Township Committee of Adjustment for many years and has served on numerous other boards and committees during his career. He was formerly a geologist who has worked in that capacity in most Canadian provinces and territories, is an instrument rated pilot and a marathon runner.
